I recently purchased HiLine Homes model 2345 'super shell' home through the Grays Harbor office. Chuck made the sales process very comfortable and smooth. He adapted readily to my personality and my vision. Going through the options list was quite exciting as I learned I could purchase vaults in most rooms, install an efficient heat pump HVAC system, add garage windows, steep roof., etc. Chuck's style and confidence in your product convinced me that your company could and would build a high-quality home that I could then finish to the level of a custom-built home.

I would like to express my appreciation for your in policies to allow changes to your basic homes. I would also like to let you know about two exceptional employees you have. Chuck Hopkins was a breath of fresh air when I walked into HiLine for the second time. He told me that HiLine had recently changed its policies to allow changes to make the homes wheel chair accessible. He stated he didn't kino exactly what could be done, but he would help me do it. And he did. Dave Danton was able to redesign the bathroom and move internal walls to allow your 2111 floor plan to become wheelchair accessible in all rooms and bathrooms! I first went to HiLine in the Spring of 2007. My husband and I had bought 5 acres and we wanted a single story house with wheelchair accessibility. Then the market fell apart and the cost of building our small custom home was more than the appraisal market in Grays Harbor County could bear. We spent two years and we went through three contractors trying to make it work. Finally, we gave up and returned to HiLine, just to get a house on the property. Image my delight and relief when Chuck told me would could make the doors 3ft wide!

I am writing this letter to inform you about the excellent customer service my wife and I have received from Wade, Shauna, Dave, and most importantly, Reed Kortlever. We just moved into our new 1664 house in Hammond Oregon, and I can't say enough how excited we are. From beginning to end we were treated well by your staff at the Woodland office. Wade stayed on me for 8 months while we prayed to make sure this was the right choice for us, thanks Wade! Once Reed was on board as our project manager, he pretty much held our hands all the way through the building process. When there were things we did not understand he was there to help us through, and when he was on vacation, Dave stepped in to handle things for him, thanks Dave. Shauna, was also there to answer questions and fax or email important documents real fast for us, thanks Shauna. Anyway, we just wanted to make sure that someone at the corporate level realized the quality of the people you have working for you at the Woodland office!
