Whether you prefer a DIY approach or minimal participation in the home building process, we have a program that will empower you to create a custom home within your budget.

Traditional

Our most popular option, the Traditional program, offers a streamlined “on-your-lot” approach. From foundation to finish, this program allows for some homeowner participation in the building process while we manage the heavy lifting. It’s designed for those who want to focus on their new home and leave the complex details to us.

Super Shell Program

For those who are comfortable with some DIY projects, the Super Shell program provides a perfect middle ground. This program includes everything from the foundation to sheetrock, allowing you to personalize your space by completing the finishing touches like cabinetry and flooring.

Shell Program

Looking for the ultimate DIY experience? The Shell program provides the core structure of your home, including the foundation, framing, and exterior finishes. From there, you take the reins and complete the interior according to your vision, offering the most control and potential cost savings.
